What you'll do

Create technical documentation for cloud-based payroll software
Work closely with the product owner, software developers, product management experts, and support engineers to understand the business processes and how the software covers them
Review UIs for usability
Research and define terminology
Work with the user assistance architect to develop the user assistance documentation

What you bring

University degree in technical communication or similar
The ability to think holistically about users’ needs with regard to the software and the user assistance, and to distil information from many sources into one set of clear instructions
The ability to create content in all formats
Very good German and English language skills oral and written
